Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • In original, unopened packaging with all seals intact
  • In resalable condition (not used, damaged, or altered)
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used power tools (angle grinders, belt sanders, drills, etc.)
  • Opened consumables (band saw blades, hacksaw blades, hot glue sticks)
  • Custom-configured or special-order stationary tools

Returns Process

Follow these steps to return an item:

  1. Request Authorization: Email our returns team at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return (use the template below).
  2. Receive RMA Number: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our warehouse at:

    Include the RMA number clearly on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

For exchanges of defective or incorrect items:

  1. Follow the standard returns process above
  2. Clearly state the replacement item needed in your return request
  3. We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return (additional charges may apply for price differences)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective tool (band saws, bench grinders, etc.):

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
