Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:

– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Basic tracking available
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and certain remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet these conditions:
- In original, unopened packaging with all seals intact
- In resalable condition (not used, damaged, or altered)
- Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used power tools (angle grinders, belt sanders, drills, die grinders, etc.)
- Opened consumables (band saw blades, hacksaw blades, hot glue sticks, circular saw blades)
- Custom-configured stationary tools (special-order bench and stationary tools)
Returns Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Request Authorization: Email our returns team at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return (see template below).
- Receive RMA Number: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
For exchanges of defective or incorrect items:
- Follow the standard returns process above
- Clearly state the replacement item needed in your return request
- We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return (additional charges may apply for price differences)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective tool (band saws, bench grinders, etc.):

- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange a replacement or repair under manufacturer warranty

For customers outside the UK:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
