Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping (£12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Includes full tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Basic tracking available

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and certain remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet these conditions:

  • In original, unopened packaging with all seals intact
  • In resalable condition (not used, damaged, or altered)
  • Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used power tools (angle grinders, belt sanders, drills, die grinders, etc.)
  • Opened consumables (band saw blades, hacksaw blades, hot glue sticks, circular saw blades)
  • Custom-configured stationary tools (special-order bench and stationary tools)

Returns Process

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

  1. Request Authorization: Email our returns team at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return (see template below).
  2. Receive RMA Number: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our warehouse at:

    Include the RMA number clearly on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

For exchanges of defective or incorrect items:

  • Follow the standard returns process above
  • Clearly state the replacement item needed in your return request
  • We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return (additional charges may apply for price differences)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective tool (band saws, bench grinders, etc.):

  • Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or repair under manufacturer warranty

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
